Greenwood Park Gallery and Framing was created by Mr. Fred Robinson in 2003 in his search for an avenue to bring affordable custom framing and Contemporary African American art and a variety of other quality art to Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Through several years of research and extensive training, Mr. Robinson has established his gallery as a locally recognized custom framing gallery that provides outstanding customer service, on time delivery, and the guarantee of 100% satisfaction with the finished product.

Mr. Robinson is nearing completion of an extensive remodeling project of the 2^nd floor gallery and anticipates opening the gallery to the general public at the end of the year (2009). Until then, the gallery is open by appointment only.

About 3,000 square feet of gallery space features open and limited edition prints, gicleés, and some originals. The majority of art featured in the gallery is contemporary African-American art mixed with fine art, landscapes, florals, abstracts, religious, historical, and other ethnic art. Through an extensive network of distributors Greenwood Park customers have unlimited access to art of their choosing.

Though there are other unique galleries in Milwaukee, Greenwood Park is the only gallery in this geographic location that is an authorized dealer for Charles Bibb’s art and that specializes in contemporary Black art.

Greenwood Park specializes in custom framing that not only accents the beauty of your artwork, but protects it as well. We also provide specialized custom matting. We are able to create complimentary mats that become an extension of the artwork. The frame and matting will enhance your art and give you pleasure every time you view it.

In addition, on-site we have a beautiful print gallery with many of the most popular print catalogues to order from. Many prints are available in several print bins located throughout the gallery. We can also assist you with locating and procuring the art of your choosing. You can always get comfortable with a cup of coffee or glass of wine and browse a myriad of images in our catalogues as well as on our Internet site and other Internet sites for art we can order for you. Local artists are also featured at special events in the gallery. Again, we carry limited edition prints by Charles Bibbs.
